10 years experience working for the international olympic committee in the control of the olympic games has allowed us to develop a monitoring method for planning that has been adapted to the characteristics of major sporting events.                                                 

All this combined with a simplified monitoring method for the project that will allow management to quickly identify the situation and evolution of the work, thus allowing for an evaluation of the risks and clearly detecting any problems.
We will also elaborate an observation manual and coordinate an observation plan for previous events and those similar to our organisation.
